Accessories for String Inverters

CPS shade covers are designed and manufactured specifically for use with our 1000Vdc string inverters. The covers help protect the inverter in harsh weather conditions (snow, ice) and reduces the thermal gain caused by direct sunlight. Depending on the application and environment, shade covers can help to increase energy production by reducing potential power derating due to excessive ambient temperatures. 

A shade cover is required for installations at less than 75 degrees from parallel.

Three models available:

• SSC-60ST: Shade cover for CPS 36/50/60kW, and 25kW-208V inverters.
• SSC-100ST: Shade cover for CPS SCA100K (1000Vdc) inverters.
• SA-25 Kit: Shade cover & racking legs for CPS 25kW-480V inverters.
